INT’L SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Adam Company International Shipping & Returns Policy (this “Shipping & Returns Policy”) applies to all orders shipped outside the Republic of Korea and placed through the website located at https://global.adamtfs.com (the “Website”), operated by Adam Company Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 
Please read this Shipping & Returns Policy carefully. By placing an order for Products through the Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Shipping & Returns Policy, to the extent applicable to you. If you do not agree, you must not place an order for Products through the Website.
Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Shipping & Returns Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms under the Adam Company Master Terms of Service (the “Master Terms”) or any Supplemental Terms or Policies of the Company.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (up to 21 business days).
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders may not be modified once processing has begun or the order has been dispatched. However, this does not affect any cancellation, withdrawal, or return rights available under Applicable Laws.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time: International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:
destination country
customs clearance
carrier conditions
The foregoing delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and may vary due to factors beyond the Company’s control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by Applicable Laws.
Customs, Duties & Import Responsibility
International shipments may be subject to:
customs duties
import taxes (including VAT)
brokerage fees
The above charges:
are not included in product or shipping prices; and
are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with import laws in their jurisdiction. If a shipment is refused, returned due to unpaid duties, or rejected due to import restrictions, then reasonable costs actually incurred may be deducted from any refund, subject to Applicable Laws.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
Unless due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct, we are not responsible for:
delays caused by carriers
customs processing delays
force majeure events
However, nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws.
Address & Delivery Issues
Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, the Customer shall be responsible for:
reshipping fees; and
return shipping costs
Returns & Withdrawal Rights
General Rule. Customers shall have a right to withdraw their purchase within the period ascribed under Applicable Laws applicable to them (e.g., 14 days in the EU, 7 days in Korea). Where such rights apply:
The Customer may request a return without reason
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer unless the withdrawal is attributable to the fault of the Company. 
Exceptions (Hygiene / Sealed Goods). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
underwear or hygiene-sensitive products
items that have been opened or used
to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
Defective or Incorrect Items. If an item is defective or does not conform to the chosen specifications, Customers must notify us within 7 days, or longer if permitted under Applicable Laws. We will, at our discretion and in accordance with Applicable Laws, replace the item or issue a refund
Return Costs & Refunds
If a return is accepted, original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by Applicable Laws and return shipping costs may be deducted.
Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refused / Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, we may deduct:
original shipping cost;
return shipping cost; and
customs-related charges
from any refund, to the extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered”, the Customer assumes responsibility for the package
Customers should contact the carrier for claims.
This does not affect statutory rights under Applicable Laws.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
natural disasters
war or civil unrest
pandemics
government actions
Fraud & Order Refusal
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of:
suspected fraud
abuse of policies
pricing errors
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, and subject to mandatory consumer protections:
our liability shall not exceed the amount received by us for the order; and
we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws.
Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of or in connection herewith shall be governed by, and resolved in accordance with, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Master Terms, mutatis mutandis, unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws.

Governing Language. This Shipping & Returns Policy may be translated into other languages for reference and convenience. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the different versions, the English version shall prevail and govern.
